ShowBuild uses end-to-end encryption to protect notes and text messages. This means your content is encrypted on your device before it is sent and can only be decrypted by authorized members of your team.

Encryption keys are securely stored in your macOS Keychain and are never accessible to ShowBuild servers. Even we cannot read your encrypted notes or messages.

Your production conversations and creative notes stay private — accessible only to the collaborators you choose.

Yes. ShowBuild is designed to work in both individual and enterprise-managed environments.

Users can create an account on any supported Mac or iPhone and then securely sync their account to additional devices using ShowBuild's built-in device syncing feature. Simply generate a sync code on one device and enter it on another to connect the devices to the same account.

This approach allows users to access their projects across multiple Macs and iPhones without requiring personal iCloud accounts or consumer-focused device migration tools. It's particularly useful in studio, network, facility, and enterprise environments where devices are managed by an organization and direct access to personal cloud services may be restricted.
